There is so much confusion out there about what to eat and how to exercise. I am constantly asked for help and clarification about what to eat and what exercises to do, so I decided to set up this challenge to teach a very manageable protocol that has been tested and proven to work, time and time again. You will discover the strategies I use to help my private clients achieve their body transformation goals, at a fraction of the price. My goal is to help as many people as I can to move the needle on their fitness without the hype and BS, and to ensure that they build a great support network and a lifestyle that supports their goals.

    Really detailed and well thought out programme with clear explanations about exactly why you are doing each step and what it will achieve. Colette absolutely knows her stuff and the links provided to the recipes, exercises and live sessions are excellent. Slick, professional and fun to be part of a group all doing it at the same time.
