Exercise for me is as important as breathing .. it is one of the things I need to do every day to keep motivated, focused and stress-free, whether that is a walk in the woods, a spin class, a weight training workout or a good stretch with yoga.
My personal goal is to be fit, able and happy, well into my twilight years!
I have helped hundreds of people over the last 15 years take control of their health and wellness and as a result, I know that finding the right balance of exercise and nutrition can be a real challenge, I know how easy it is to get bored, take some time out and never quite get back into it.
